When our son was diagnosed at 20-months old with Celiac Disease, my husband and I were relieved to finally have answers, but overwhelmed by the gluten-free diet. We compiled this list of 'other names' of gluten to help us when we went shopping. Now we have it down, but I still keep a copy of this list with me for when we are looking for something new. I hope you find it as useful as we did. ![]()

Notes: * For yogurt and ice cream flavors stay away from cookie dough, brownie and malt flavors as they are not GF. ** When dining out, ALWAYS, ask your server to consult the chef on gluten-free items.
